Ok, this is a little bit embarrassing… quite frankly, I’m not sure why I’ve decided to tell you this, but anyway there is a perfectly rational explanation if you keep reading…
With so many people reeling from the worst month (October) in 21 years in the stockmarket, superannuation funds recording -20% growth (bit of an oxymoron) and business people concerned and worried about the economy and the possibility of a recession… As well as jobs under serious threat…
Last week I made $109,351.00 in revenue.
Oh, by the way, it was only two days, Wednesday and Thursday. I took Friday off and spent some time with a friend of mine on the Gold Coast. Ok, it wasn’t all profit but let me tell you there was significant margin in there.
That was Wednesday and Thursday – not bad for two days. I had a bit of work to do on the weekend as well and pulled in another $136,000 in revenue.
So why am I embarrassed?
Well, it’s a bit unfair that in this current financial climate I’m able to make so much money when everybody else is frightened to death.
You’re probably wondering why I’m telling you all this…
So what’s my secret?
..In fact, it’s not even my secret.

attended the seminar by to David and Julie Siacci’s Positive Cashflow Real Estate Secrets evening event. Not prepared to spend over $8K for a lot of hollow promises. Lost me when he started to talk about banks. That that I am a fan of banks but most of the issues he was talking about were grossly out of context. I know about banking and it then begs the question ‘ will the rest of the content he talks about have the same slant/credibility?’ Good way to make money – organize a seminar, so long as you can sing and dance on stage you’ll be right.
Attended a Massland seminar – valued at $12K but on special for $6K last year. impressive presentation but followup and mentoring support shocking.

Would your comment about the banks be anything to do with the fact your a broker?
Also on the cost, I paid less than 3k to be in the program. Attended an event in Brisbane last July, and have just spent another 3 days with them on the Gold Coast. It has changed my life and the support I have recieved has been very satisying.
